Microwave + full-size range hood combo

They don't make those anymore? It's all microhood now! However, the sales guy at Sears this past weekend told me, he walked into a new construction in NY state and saw one in the kitchen. He even gave me the name of a manufacturer that used to make them - Broan. Not anymore.

I can easily get a range hood for 5 grand - but the microwave on top of it still has to be a custom job.

I searched the net quite a bit. Nothing. Anyone?
