Unhappy This is too freaky !!!

Originally I thought thiswas a SpeedFan problem, but now see that as I intall more software and reboot I continue to get 2 icons for each program that loads????

So far ...
  1. SpeedFan, then
  2. Girder, now
  3. DirMon !!

So, What Gives?!

Anyone have any words of wisdom???

Thanks , T.

This usually happens when a system goes to standby and then comes back up again.

What happens if you move the mouse cursor over the icons?

On my laptop, one of the two goes away.....

I can actually open all of them from the system tray ... running the mouse over them does not make one dissappear??

It look like two of each are getting loaded??

Thanks, T.

Freaky indeed!

How about checking the task manager and services if there are really two instances running?
