Board problems?
Quite frequently I'm seeing issues with the forum, weird stuff. Please see nav bar in attached screenshot.

This is Safari 2.0.2 on OS X Vversion 10.4.3.

I don't think it's a problem with the board, it's more likely a problem with Safari being able to view it. Probably better off submitting this complaint to Apple rather then Sagetv.
