Angry Big problem with the 500 MCE cards...

I just purchased two Hauppauge WinTV-PVR-500MCE cards to setup my new SageTV server. From the reading I've done I was under the impression that each card would function as two tuners allowing me (with just these two cards) to record 4 channels at the same time...

When i first installed the two cards following the directions that came with them they installed fine into Windows and showed as Tuner #1, Tuner #2, Tuner #3, and Tuner #4... Sage recognized all four tuners fine.

Before i placed the Sage server (which is a 2.6 GHz Dell Precision Workstation with 1 GB or RAM) into my server closet I wanted to get the motherboard replaced, the onboard NIC had died on me a few months ago and I had been using a temporary PCI NIC...

When Dell came out and replaced the board with a new fuctioning board, EXACT same model (same BIOS revision, which is the latest available) and the cards in the same PCI slots... when I booted back up Windows registered the cards as Tuner 1, Tuner 1, Tuner 2, and Tuner 2 and when I go to set them up in Sage it only registers ONE!!!

I've tried clearing everything out (HWCLEAR and following all the directions...) and have tried reinstalling, installing the cards one at a time... you name it... same results and I'm getting VERY frustrated.

I'm using the drivers from the CD, version 2.0.30.23074

Please help me, what can I do to get these tuners working?

FYI - I'm running SageTV v4, Windows XP Pro SP2 w/ all patches...

See if the comment in this post helps clear it up.
