Partitions and moving files

When I first built my server I was thinking ahead, and got a 250GB drive.. I put Windows xp on it and all was good.. but it dawned on me not long after that I never had the opportunity to format it in 64k blocks.. I'm not sure you even can format the partition Windows is in in 64k blocks.. so I am thinking thta perhaps I can make a new partition, a 200GB partition and format it in 64k blocks... question is, how can I move all the video that is currently on the primary "C" drive to the new partition and not lose any of the program information? I have partition magic, so it shouldn't be a problem creating the partition (have to shrink first, then create and format the new one)..

If I simply 'drag and drop' the video to it's new location, will Sage 'find' it in the new position and life will continue as planned? That would be awesome!

Thanks!
