Anyone Know if Sage Media Server Will Render Photo's in HD?
Does anyone know if the newly announced Sage Media Server will assist in some way to present digital photo's (5 megapixal photo's) from my server in an up-converted, 720p or 1080p resolution? If not, how can I do this?

Firstly, what "newly announced Sage Media Server" (unless you're talking the CES pics that haven't really been announced yet).
No, probably not, picture displaying is a client thing. You'd need an HD capable extender/client to display them in HD. The server doesn't do any rendering.
