Error 1904 with AUDIO_PREVIEW.DLL installing Sagetv any version
sice i remember every version of sagetv has the same error (the attached pics is a captured screen from my comp). And when i enable tv out for 350 with ui and the hardware decoding only option enabled, i can't hear any sound.... what can i do?

Contact Tech support but I would try installing on your C drive just to see if that changes anything. Never seen an error like that on an install. Make sure you have DirectX 9.0c installed.

same if i install on c or e. and what about audio when i turn on 350 tv out with ui?

Was this ever solved? I am getting this same error on a SageClient machine. It's been happening ever since I installed the client on the machine (probably around the V4 release timeframe). I can't manually register the DLL either. Client is Win2K SP4 with DX9.0C installed.

I tried uninstalling and then installing SageClient with the same result.

Anyone have any ideas?
