Move license from one client to another

I installed my client license on a computer, but want to move it since I'm going to be receiving a MVP to replace that computer. I'm going to switch the client license to my laptop. What do I need to do in order to do this?

Run with REGISTER command and don't enter license key then Uninstall it on existing client. Install it on new client. Restart Sage server. If you are using service mode on your Sage Server restart the Sage service as restarting the GUI in that instance does nothing. Start up new install of Sage Client on new computer and enter license key and make sure it connects to the server. You are done.

BTW: If you use the REGISTER command line parameter & don't enter a new license key, then that effectively removes the license from that PC. Then, you can use it on another PC. (... as long as it wasn't a trade-in license for the MVP. )

Thank you. That didn't occur to me especially after getting separate icons to register and un-register the MVP license key. Edited my previous post to include that.
