Exclamation Intaller woes, and service control annoyance

Can the SageTV installer offer to install two icons in the quick launch area?

Sagetv.exe and SageTVServiceControl.exe

Can the SageTVServiceControl.exe get it's own icon?

Also it would be nice to have the Java ripped out of the installer too. Most people, myself included, have been running the latest 1.5 ver6 for a while with no issue whatsoever.

EDIT: Also the about window that popups up when running service control used to go away after the first close. Now it's there every time I launch it.

It would also be nice to be able to set the tuner merit inside sage... I'm trying to do that right now and I can't figure out which tuner is which...

AMEN!!!!!!!!! Brother! It is abhorrently difficult to do this. I end up having to stop and restart MANY times after changing the encoding settings to determine which is which. Heaven forbid you accidently add a tuner or something and cause all of the tuners to change numbers or something! Then you are back to square one....

And also be able to give them meaningful names or aliases from within the GUI. Sage could still use that wonderfully unique name as long as we could give it an aliases that means something to us....

There is already unused code to set the merit for each tuner in the default STV, but it wasn't kept up to date since you can't set the merit while SageTV is running -- it only uses/accepts new values when SageTV's core is started.
