MVP Chopping Bottom of the Screen

Has anybody else watched live tv via their MVP and noticed that the MVP chops off the bottom of the screen (a little bit of the bottom where the scores scroll across) and instead just displays a blank black sceen? (For example, watching ESPN live tv via the MVP and the score bar is partially missing)

I have played with the overlay settings, etc. with no success. On my PC everything displays fine it is just when the video gets piped through the MVP that the bottom gets chopped off.
