Copying IR commands from one Sage machine to another?
Is there one file that stores the mappings of IR commands so that I can copy it from one Sage install to another?

Do you mean for controlling SageTV w/a remote? That depends on whether SageTV is controling the IR receiver or not. If it is, they are stored in the ui/rc_mappings/xxx lines in the properties files.
