Replacement for PVR-350 TV-Out

What is the best card for TV-Out with on-board decoding other than the PVR-350? I need one that will show DVD/AC3.

Thanks - Mark.

For SD I have been very happy with my ATI 9600xt. PQ is the best I have seen on the few cards I have tried. I use sonic dvd video codec to instead of the ATI ones though.

No video card is going to have full hardware decoding. The X-card is hardware decoder, but I don't know if it'll do DVD in Sage.

If you can live with software decoding then the Nvidia 6600's and above are really good cards especially if you're outputting to a HDTV.
