Fusion5 tunes some channels great, others not so great...

I finally installed a Fusion5 Lite alongside my PVR-150, and I'm having a problem.

All the channels tune in great using the broadcast antenna, with no stuttering or glitching, using the DVICO player.

When using SageTV 4, only 3 of the HD channels tune in well. The rest are unwatchably garbled, with severe stuttering and breakup. The three channels that work happen to be the "top" channels in the broadcast range, while the ones that don't are lower on the dial.

It doesn't appear to be a problem with playback, since I can take the file to another computer and it shows the same glitching (and it happens whether I try to watch it live, or later)

Is there anything I can do to diagnose or fix this?

P4 2.4GB
1GB RAM
500GB HD storage
NVIDIA FX 5200 (latest drivers)
PVR-150
Fusion5 Lite
SageTV 4 (the most recent build)
Windows XP Pro SP2
