Media MVP Results

Just wondering if anyone else has moved to the 4.1.4 beta - particularly for the MVP support?

I made the jump to 4.1, without reading that there wasn't full PAL support for the MVP DOH
As I was up against a deadline (the wife was about to hang me for taking Sage offline) I pushed straight on to 4.1.4 but can't say that I'm blown away by it. It doesn't appear to be any quicker than using Matt's MVP solution (possibly even slower), and the fact that you can't turn the MVP off is really beginning to drag down the WAF Double DOH!
I've tried the modified MVP.bin file (that's supposed to resolve this) but it didn't work for me, I just end up with the green tinged video, and still wasn't able to turn it off.

Anyone else had better experiences with this?

try the new 4.1.5 beta

Thanks ke6guj - I gave up in the end.
The 4.1.5 beta does allow you to turn off the MVP by the look of it, but it doesn't drop the scart contol line for the TV. So the video disappears but the TV stays on the AV channel. Also too many issues with stability for me to keep going.

I've had to drop back to Matt's plugin for now. I've bought another MVP license, so at least when Sage get it resolved I'll be able to go ahead <fingers crossed>. The problems with the beta were destroying the WAF, and she was really getting to like Sage
