client 4.1.5 not showing livetv after reboot

I am using server 4.1.5 installed from scratch and client 4.1.5 installed from scratch.

Every time I reboot my client I cannot watch livetv.
I get this in the console:

if I wait 5 mins or play livetv in the server it fixes itself, but i do not know why this happens.

any thoughts?

have you submited an official support request with the info you've provided here and a link to this thread? That's what I did to get sage involved with an issue i had a while back.
