Running ShowAnalyzer/DirMon on two machines

I have a SageTV server machine, client machine, and MVP Extender.

First of all, I want to setup both server and client computers to do commercial detection with SA/DirMon. Is there any conflicts issues I should worry about since they both will be scanning the same directories to process? And also, do I have to get two licenses for SA or one will work on both?

Secondly, on the client machine, I want SA/DM to stop or pause processing when I'm watching TV on the SageTV client computer. Toxmox said this can be done by setting up SA to read the webserver and tell it to pause processing when there's playback activity. This is fine and should work, but I also have an MVP extender, and I don't want SA to pause when the MVP is in use. I want SA to only pause when the SageTV client machine is in use. How do i set this up? Can it be done? I currently have SA priority on IDLE, what does it mean by IDLE? When is it processing and when is it not?
