4.1.6b gives a green screen

I just installed/upgraded the latest beta on one of my systems yesterday.
While I was watching live TV, I switch between some channels and then went to the TV Guide.
When I switched back to live TV, I had about 2 seconds of video and then the screen went green.
When I switched to another channel, same results.
Then I went back into Menu and to the TV Guide.
Switching to a channel from there, cleared up the green screen.

Anyone else see this?
Any ideas what caused it?
