Channel No and Frequencies

Hi

Is their a way I can edit the Channel table Frequancies. I need to make provision for Some channels here in South Africa which work on VHF band.

The UHF channel mapping from 21 to 69 is perfect !!

I need to modifiy the Following on VHF. All on PAl -I

Ch4 =175.25Mhz
Ch5 =183.25Mhz
Ch6 =191.25
Ch7 =199.25
Ch8 =207.25
Ch9 =215.25
Ch10 =223.25
Ch11 =231.25
CH13 =247.43

Any help ? Thanks
