specify location for Live TV viewing vs recordings?

I have recently been experimenting with a new NASLite+ USB server for storing SageTV recordings. Its too early to tell if I need to replace the REALLY old computer (266Mhz) ata/33...that is now a 1 TB file server. But so far its been working OK. I am not unhappy with initial results. I just havent had enough time to watch the various recordings that I made so far. I watched a few, and they were OK. I figure if I watch like 5 or 10 more shows at various qualities and they are all OK, then I can continue using the older hardware. If not, I can buy new hardware, slap the (linux formatted) drives into the new PC, and be up in running in 5 or 10 minutes. But I am just trying to avoid buying new hardware if not needed. So anywayyyyyy onto my question....

Having this situation, made me want a setting to specify where SageTV saves its Live TV buffered recordings vs where it saves normal SageTV recordings/Favorites. For instance, since I know my C drive is faster than pumping it across the network to an older file server....having the ability to tell SageTV to use local hard drive for Live TV would be a benefit. Until I validate that the older file server will be OK.

For SageTV's recording purposes, live TV is a normal recording, not some sort of buffer (it just happens that it is being watched as it records) ... so it will only use the standard recording directories just like all other recordings.

Thats what I figured, but I just wanted to make sure there wasnt some sneaky way to tweak it I still think it would be useful in certain configurations. And considering all the other really cool things that SageTV can do, I wouldnt think it should be too hard to add a parameter for that. But then again, maybe its just a hair-brained idea to start with
