Fast Forward to end of DVD = Lockup

I discovered a new problem when playing DVD discs on my system. If I fast forward to the end of the movie, the sagetv spinning icon shows up and the system locks up instead of returning to the sage menu system (and I mean hard reset type of lockup). I though it was the nvidia decoder, but windvd decoder did the exact same thing. I'm using overlay, no 3d accel, version 4.1.3

I remember this happening before, I just never bothered to see if it was repeatable. I put in two more discs and the same thing happened both times. Any suggestions before I submit a bug report? I've attached the sageclient debug log.
