Channel changing issues with placeshifter and MVP

I am having issues when using either the MVP or placeshifter where neither one will not always tune the SAT receivers to the proper channel. When changing stations using the standard SageTV client it works fine. I have seen this issue using versions 4.1.8 and 4.1.9.

The three SAT receivers are being controlled using a USBUIRT. Is anyone else experiencing this issue?
