How do I remove title bar in Placeshifting window and how to do full screen?

How can I remove the title bar from placeshifting? I have the real SageTV app set like that.

Also, how to I watch Placeshifting in full screen. The full screen option in the UI doesn't work. The best I can do is a very big window.

There are no options, even in the latest placeshifter, to do this. The only option I see is to remove the custom SageTV title bar; which then, youre stuck back to using the Windows standard title bar.
