XMLTV error : Could not parse data

Hi All,

XMLTV worked fine for about 6 months but now running xmltv gives the error:
could not parse date Friday 17 Maart 2006 (from Dutch Vrijdag 17 Maart 2006) at /PerlApp/grab/nl/tv_grab_nl line 1428.

I'm using xmltv with tv_grab_nl. I've checked the Xerces.jar for presence and even installed the latest java version with copying the Xerces to the new dirs. No help. Anyone know this error and how to fix it?

this is an XMLTV problem, not a sage problem.

Thanks for the quick reply. Reading your link, does this means the tvgids.nl site has changed and xmltv does currently not support it ? There is no workaround or solution on your link.

yes, yes, no workaround yet

But the problem was only discovered yesterday, I would expect a fix within couple of days... You will probably need to download an alpha xmltv version to include the fix...
