PVR-150 Media Center edition IR blaster & SageTV

I bought a PVR-150 Media Center edition (can't find anyone with the "old PVR-150" type). Instead of coming with an IR blaster port on the back like I expected, it came with a USB IR receiver + IR Blaster that plugs into it. How can I get SageTV to use this?

Also, if this won't work, where can I get a standalone IR blaster that will work with SageTV? Thanks!
