Garbled music with v2.2
I've had SageTV for a while, but I'm now actually building a standalone PVR and would like to use the media functions as well as TV. However, when I tried to listen to music, all of it was garbled and choppy, something that doesn't happen with other programs. I've tried using all the different decoders in the setup, but it's always the same. Anyone know how to fix this?

What kind of music are you trying to play? MP3? wma? Sage only supports certain formats.

All of my files are mp3s. And it plays the songs to a somewhat listenable quality, you can usually understand lyrics and such, but there's a constant choppiness in the music and it sounds drowned out.

You do know that version 5 is a free upgrade, right? A lot of bugs have been fixed since 2.2; maybe yours is one of them.

Actually I didn't know that, but after upgrading I'm running into the same issue again. No idea what's going on.
