Can't get a180 and dta 151 to play together

I am having some issues trying to get an Avermedia a180 and a vbox dta-151 (cat's eye) working together.
Actually it's even worse than that, whatever card I install first on a system, I cannot get the other card to work, even if I remove the first card.

Here's my setup:

System A: A180 card, working great.

System B: new system to be used as a dedicated sage server.
Installed DTA151 card and it works great.
Installed A180, all I get is no signal on the A180.
Move card(s) to different slots, still no signal on A180
Pull DTA151 and A180 still gets no signal.

System A: Put A180 card back in (to see if it still works), works fine
Remove A180 and install DTA151 card, install driver, no signal.

System B: Install A180, reinstall drivers, still no signal.

Bottom line is, whatever card I first install works fine. I can NEVER get the other card to work.
I might try reformating system B and installing the A180 first to see if it works, but I still have no clue what I need to do to make both cards work together.

Has anybody else been able to use both of these cards in the same system?

What type of drivers does dta 151 have ? I had issues with my A180 using the latest BDA driver with my DVB device that use BDA drivers. My A180 would not work unless I used wdm drivers with my DVB card.

The vbox cards use BDA drivers, and that's all they have available.

So does this mean that the a180 and the DTA-151 can't be used in the same system?
