2 Zone UIRT God help me!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have two of the same Dtv boxs, BOXa uses the ir blaster built into the uirt and BOXb using the external blaster thru the phono jack on the back of uirt. I had it setup right when using just the uirt box with BOXa but when I setup the second box and try to view any video even recorded tv the program closes. This only happens after I go into the remote control folder and copy BOXa's remote config paste, and rename it BOXb, I only do this because the Uirt has a problem reading the remote from these boxes so I had to edit the .ir files for them to work. Please I am going nuts and I am sorry if none of this makes any sense I am extremely tired...thanks

Definately read through the thread gplasky mentioned it helped me tremedously. I have a two zone setup using the external ports only (Zone 1 and 2) I will be happy to provide any input about my setup if that doesn't help.

yep, have been there and done that, but it does not say anything about the sage app crashing each time I try to view any video content. this just makes no sense at all. I have reinstalled twice and as soon I go and edit the .ir file for BOXb (because of the problem reading my remote) startup sage and do any thing that involves video output sage just crashes, no error, just gone
