What should I buy?
Hi All,
Currently am I running a V4 SageTV at my server (in my working room), and watching my recorded shows in my living room via the SageTV Client. It seems now possible with V5 and the Placeshifter license, to stream also via the (high-speed) Internet? If I want the possibility to still watch the shows in my living room, plus the posibility to stream via the internet - What do I need of licenses? The SageTv upgrade is free of charge, right (4 > 5) What about the Client license? Is that replaced by the Placeshifter license or .. Wow - It is hard to explain - I hope you understand what I want? Thanks in advance: Michael Mondrup.

If I understand you - you currently have a server and client license (1 each) for version 4. The upgrade to both to version 5 is free. Download and install. Then simply buy a placeshifter license to allow Internet streaming.

Yes you are right - I have today both a (V4) server and client license. Sound fantastic if I only need a new placeshifter license for my plans. Thanks a lot for the feedback. Greetings from, Denmark
