Any further details about an HD Extender?

I know there aren't, but I really want there to be! HD is just abuot to hit the UK, I'm just about to get an HD TV, DVB-S2 cards are just coming available - and I am going to have no way of getting HD into the living room where the TV is. Can't justify the expense of yet another PC, and a powerful one at that to decode HD, on top of the TV.
