Navigate the program guide?

Hi all, I am totally new to SageTV and I am satisfied so far. I am having one little problem with the program guide though. Say, I want to see the program one week from now, with a mouse, I would click on the arrow on the date cell. But with the remote or keyboard, how can I do that? Thanks.

In the program guide, enter the number of days you want to jump and then press the fast fwd or rewind button depending on the direction you want to jump.
