how long does it take to have a new lineup appear
Hi Cableco (shaw canada) just changed their lineup. I get my updates from sage, how long does it take for the new lineup to appear?

If it is a completely new lineup, you may need to reconfigure the EPG lineup for your source, on the Source Details menu.
I don't know how long it takes for such changes to go through the system, but if it doesn't become available, you can contact SageTV about EPG issues. - Andy

thx. It's about 9 channels that have been added to the lineup - which don't appear yet under channel setup.
