Unhappy HD Playback error -4,0x80004005

I installed an OTA HD card (Fusion) last week in my system that has been running great for the last couple years with my PVR250. After a few problems and some searching here I was able to iron out all the issues and am happily enjoying two tuners and HD! But, this evening Sage recorded Vanished on an HD channel as it should, but when I go to play it Sage churns for a minute then gives me the error -4,0x80004005 "Problem with video portion of..." or something like that.

I popped out of Sage and am able to play the file just fine using WMP, but I did notice the file is just over 7GB, most of my one hour shows are only 5.6ish.

Other HD shows play just fine inside Sage, just this one seems to be having an issue. I rebooted but get the same results.

I recorded it last night also...I'll see if it plays fine when I get home.
