XMLTVImportPlugin problem

Hello there,

I' am really desperate. I have installed the plugin for XMLTV files accordingly in SageTV and according to the XMLTV log I got the following problem:

What is wrong here? What is the error or reason causing this?

I tried to run PlugIntester but I get the same problems within the log. Besides i get a failure :

What am I doing wrong here? Can somebody please help?
