|
No Data on some channels
I have no data on 1/3 of my channels program guide. It has been like this for about a week. I thought given enough time it would download the missing data but it has not changed. I verified that the system has internet access. How can I get the data? I've tried refreshing the tuners. What else should I try?

There are some things to try from support in this post.
Also: are they missing from digital or other OTA channels? If they aren't listed on some cable or satellite lineup, SageTV may not have access to the listings. - Andy
