Unhappy DUAL WinTV PVR 150 help

I recently built a PVR. And it works ... mostly.

I only seem to have one hitch .... the 2nd PVR150 won't setup. I am using one card for STB output and one card for the cable from the wall. For the other card - I get the SAGE setup screens ok and it finds the 2nd card ... I select TV for the output .. it searches for the signal and shows me about 2 seconds worth -- and promptly locks up the system. Note that the 2nd card locks up no matter what input signal I try. I don't know if this matters -but I set up one card alone and recorded shows to make sure it worked before I installed the other card. Should I have installed them together?

I have Updated the PVR drivers and Switched the PCI slots. I made sure there's no IRQ conflict. Didn't help. As far as I know I have the latest drivers for everything. Did I miss something obvious? Could this be a chipset issue? How do I find that out?

Can anyone give me a clue as to what to try next?
Thanks!
Belle

issue resolved

Just wanted to let the board know I fixed it by updating the chipset drivers from the VIA website.

So if anyone else has this issue .... go here: VIA chipset drivers
