Sage and Adaptec VideOh! PCI

According to the Sage website the Adaptec VideOh! PCI card is supported. Just wondering if anyone is using it and if there are any limitations. Are there any advantage to using it over the Hauppage PVR-250 or am I just trying to swim upstream?
