Dual Tuner DVBT showing 2 of each channel in EPG

Hi,
I've done a search of the forums and couldn't find a solution, I hope it's a quick fix and that someone can help...
I have a dual DVB-T tuner cars (HDTV Fusion dual) and I'm not using XMLTV data (yet) - just the OTA data.
once I have set up the channels in source setup, I get 2 of every channel in the epg, and using sage to watch live tv if I use channel up and down it goes something like this:
2,2,7,7,9,9,10,10 etc.....
Which is channel 2 tuner 1, channel 2 tuner 2,channel 7 tuner 1, channel 7 tuner 2 etc.
How can I get it just to show one of each channel?
I hope this is clear enough for someone to help.
Ta,
Fraser

Depending on what you like seeing on the screen as your channel identification, I map the first tuner - 1,2,3,4,5,6 etc and the second tuner 11,12,13,14,15,16 etc.
So channel surfing is from 1 to 6. I only select 11 onwards to record the second channel.

The OTA EPG give the station ID so that's all I look at.

Ta Ian,
I was hoping there was a way for the 2 tuners to be "invisible" like it was when I was using a xtml importer with V5. I'm doing so many re-installs at the moment I don't want to bother with an xtml importer yet.
BTW, sorry Ian about the MVP delivery, I've been totally hectic, and it is looking like a fix is near. Have you got one yet, I can still send you one if you like?
Ta,
Fraser

The invisible thing may well be possible ( in fact I'm sure that's how it was running a few versions ago ) but I have been keeping all the channels there as I was having a strange problem where some channels would disappear from the program guide only to reappear when I restarted SageTV.
That problem seems to have gone but I've got use to using it and I was waiting for someone to come up with an easy way to do the EPG import ( more like XPMCE does ) before I looked into it again.

I've been rather busy so it's good you didn't send the MVP as would not have much time to spend with it.
As you say a fix is near so I don't think I'd be much help.
I have not had the time to even think about the MVP as the HTPC is still in the lounge room. Maybe one day I'll get around to it.

cheers

Same Here

Hi Guys,

I just got round to trying V6 last night (at last we have DVB!!!) and ran into the same issue.

The trouble is that i have 5 tuners so I get 5 entries for each channel when using the DVB EPG!!

I've switched to XMLTV for now but I would much rather use the DVB EPG and there must be a solution for this.

If anyone knows how to consolidate the EPG it would be very handy!!
