Another way to contact Sage? Licensing
I lost my client key a few months ago and have been trying in vain to get this information re-submitted from Sage for over three months now and no one will ever email me back from support or orders. Is there another way to contact them? After getting overcharged for shipping on my media extender (they said it would be corrected on my cc, it never was), and now this, I can't recall a worse customer service experience I have ever received. I want to install software that I purchased and can't because Sage will not email me the key code. Nice. If you are just going to have email support, please guys - respond to your emails!

Thats the 1st thing I did. I have a folder that all my spam is sent temporarily before deletion. I even added sage's email domain to a whitelist just in case. Still nothing though.

Just a thought, you could include phone contact info in the request and let them know that you have sent multiple requests and could they call you.
May get you somewhere till you can get it all straightened out. |

On the flip side...
I lost my MVP/Placeshifter license in a server mishap. I sent an email on Saturday and on Monday they had replied with the key.
These seem to be handled manually, so it is possible it got lost in the shuffle, try to resubmit your request. I think I sent mine to the sales address at the store rather then the support address. |

Likewise, I lost my keys after a PC meltdown and received a response within a couple of days.

I work for a web hosting company and I agree most time people blame support but it has something to do on their end
Have you requested support using a different email address?
