Import csv list of Movies to record

I found this site movielens which generates a list of movies it thinks I would like based on movies I have rated.

It gives me the ability to export a csv list of movies with IMDB id's. There are 100's of movies and comparing what's on my list to what's on the movie channels might get a little tricky.

Is there a way to import this list in to sage somehow?
