Delete After Viewing
After watching recorded shows, in particular a Favorite (set to no AutoDelete), I am prompted if I want to delete the show. However, when I select delete now the show isn't deleted. I have to manually remove it. Why is this?

When you say that you manually remove it, do you mean via Windows Explorer, or do you mean via the delete option when looking at the netry in the SaegTV Recordings list?
You could enable debug logging (see the forum's FAQ) to see if there are any entries in the log about not being able to delete the file, but my guess is that SageTV somehow lacks permission to remove the file. Is there some other utility in use that still has the the file open? Perhaps comskip or some other utility on the system? - Andy
