Need Recommendation for HDTV card

I am ready to make the plunge into upgrading my SageTV to record/view HDTV. I'd like some recommendations as to what HDTV cards are good.

1. What OTA HDTV cards do people prefer?
2. What OTA indoor antennas do people prefer?
3. Should I buy a card that handles QAM? (Note that I live near Philadelphia... but I don't know which digital cable channels support QAM... any way to find out?)
4. Are there any good review sites I can go to that review various HDTV cards?

Thanks!

I have found the USB tuners to work better than the PCI versions. I have a Pinnacle and a Hauppauge USB tuner. Both work great. They lock onto signals better than the Avermedia A180 I have.

I'd like to keep it internal if possible so I'm staying away from USB. Have you tried QAM?

Not yet. I have been playing around with EVO but I dont think I have many (if any) unencrypted QAM channels. Not many people are using FIOS. I get all the locals via OTA so its not a big push for me at the moment.

If you want QAM and Sage, there are two choices, but I only remember one. It's the HD Homerun. It is external, but a network device, not a USB device. It's also dual tuner. Highly recommended for HD either OTA or QAM.

The Evo software is now available and looks to be a good solution for people who already own a compatible QAM tuner and some spare parts lying around.

The HDHomeRun is the more economical choice if you don't already have the hardware necessary for using EVO.

Agree with Matt. I'm now using two FusionHDTV USB's, after fighting with two FusionHDTV 5 Lite PCI cards for about 9 months. You have to be really careful which slots and what IRQ's are shared in your system to get the PCI cards playing nice. I gave up, and once I got the USB tuners installed, all my glitching and stuttering went away.

I'm really enjoying the HD Homerun by by SiliconDust - it's working flawlessly. I have used it for OTA, but I'm using it for QAM currently, as I receive all the networks in HD plus about six other stations and the networks in SD, but cleaner than coming in via S-Video.

I'm planning to purchase a second HDHR soon.

Regarding internal cards - I've tried the ATI, and the picture did look good, but it really drove the processor hard.
