Sage with DishNetwork

Is it possible to capture the digitial audio from a dish receiver? If so, how do I accomplish this task? Is there a specific capture card I need to purchase? Can I split the audo/video sources into two different devices, a capture card and sound card? Any help is greatly appreciated.

Are you then able to broadcast the digitaly seperated signals over the client.
