missing channel

one of my channels is listed in the setup channels portion of the application, and on zapit... it's 550 (hbo) in my area. I have it setup with a green dot next to it, it just doesn't show up in the liveTV guide for some weird reason. all the other HBO's are there except this one! anyone have an idea of why this is?

thanks

interesting... ended up in answering this one on my own after playing around.

In my zip, there is charter and charter digital.. the 250MCE that I have hooked upto the cable line is setup as Charter expanded (no digital stations) and uses the MCE's tuner.. I had HBO (channel 2 on that lineup) selected ..

on the other 250, the regular one, I had it setup as Charter digital.. (this one is hooked upto the cable box and controls it via the ACTISYS) of which it has HBO as well, but it's channel 550.. Since I had 2 HBO's, Sage decided to only display the channel 2 version and not the digital version..

Soon as I turned off channel 2 in the MCE's setup, 550 magically appeared on the lineup.

Seems like a bug that might need to get fixed.. but for now i'll just use the 550 one only.
