no tvtv-EPG-update

Hallo,
for some reasons my tvtv-EPG doesn't update. I don't have any EPG-data for next week and I don't know why. Is there a way to manually update the data? Or better: Does anyone know who to solve this problem?

PS: My tvtv-subscription is valid till September, so that is not the problem.

I met the same problem. I posted it in the forum two months ago. But unfortunately I got no answer and found no solution. My tvtv subscription is now finished so I did not renew it.
I'm afraid only a very few of us are using the tvtv service.
As soon as this is fixed I renew my tvtv subsciption and I by my SageTV upgrade license for V6 (I've got a V4 license).
I hope we'll find a solution.
