Previous setup: SageTV 5.x on analog cable, USB tuner.
New setup: SageTV 6.13 on digital cable (S-video from cable box), PCI tuner. On new PC with a fresh install of XP Pro SP2, I installed SageTV 6.13. I went through the configuration wizards and setup everything, including an exhaustive channel lineup (took about 20 minutes for me to manually go through a couple hundred channels). Everything worked A OK. Shut down SageTV and made sure service not running. Backed up wiz.bin & wiz.bak, and then relplaced them with my 5.x wiz.bin & wiz.bak. Dumped all my videos to the new PC drive, and rebooted the PC. On next start of SageTV, everything appears fine - show history, favorites, existing recordings, and it even recorded a show - but.. the channel lineup is cut off. It only goes up to channel 114, and re-running the channel wizard doesn't expand the channels passed 114. Did I do something wrong? Or a bug?

Why did you remove your properties or Wiz files for the upgrade? Why not just upgrade like normal? That shouldn't cause any problems at all.

Hey Jeff..
This new box is my dedicated SageTV server. It is a completely new PC, fresh OS install and fresh 6.1.3, so it never had 5.x on it. The only things I saved from my old 5.x box were the Wiz files and my recordings. I got the channels back. I had to delete the tuner and run through the whole tuner setup again, then the channel wizard again, and then it kicked off the EPG download. Then went through enabling/disabling the channels again. Just my 2 pennies opinion of course, but I think it'd be better to tie the EPG download to the channel wizard and not have to go back and redo the whole tuner. Imagine my scenario - installing new version on a fresh PC but using older Wiz files - or another scenario where a person upgraded their cable service, like going from analog basic lineup to digital extended lineup. edit: oh, and thanx for all your hard work!
