Which properties file does the client software use?
I have tried to search for an answer with no luck...
I have a sage server running in service mode, and the client software running on a different computer. I'm pretty sure that 1. the service looks at the sage.properties file located on the sage server... 2. the gui (opened on the sage server) uses the sageclient.properties file 3. so what file does the sage client (on a different computer) look at? I thought there would be a *.properties file located in the install folder on the "different" computer for the licensed client software to use, but there isn't one, just a few *.properties.defaults files... all of which don't have the normal properties file contents. Any help would be appreciated.

It uses SageClient.properties in your Program Files\SageTV\SageTV folder on the client machine -- unless you're running Vista, in which case things get more complicated. Search the forum for recent threads that mention Vista.
