Firefly Remote - can it control TV?

Firefly Remote - can it control TV?

For all you remote control gurus out there:

The last hurdle I've got in making my SageTV HTPC setup wife friendly is the volume control. Ideally I'd like for the volume controls on my Firefly remote to change the volume directly on the TV the computer is attached to, rather than changing the windows volume. Is that possible? What will it take?

I'm using Firelfy RF remote with the LM Remote Keymap utility.
