Display placeshifter on large screen TV
Is there a way to display placeshifter on a large screen SD TV? Would I need a video card with TV out on my remote placeshifter computer? Or, could an MVP be used on the remote placeshifter computer?
Watching programs recorded with SageTV at a remote location is nice, but watching on a large screen TV would be a lot better! Dave

To connect the placeshifter to a TV, you need a computer with TV-out. Most modern video cards has composite or S-video outputs. Many laptops also has the same video outputs. You just need to hook up the cables and configure the display properties to detect and display on the TV.
The MVP can't connect to thes server from a remote locations, it only works in the local network.
