Any Recommendations for a LOC?

I am in need of a LOC to be able to connect the output of my receiver's center channel to the input of my tv for use as center channel speaker. I have googled, searched avs, and consulted tarot cards (not really), but I can't seem to find a solid recommendation. Do anyone here have any suggestions?

Equipment:

TV Pioneer Elite Pro-710HD line level input, single rca
Receiver Denon AVR-1707 75 watts/channel

This is generally considered a bad idea. The center speaker should have the same frequency response as the left and right and the surrounds.

Using this as a guide, it seems plausible. I just don't know how to build one.
