How long should it take to hear back from support?
I submitted a request 11 days ago and haven't heard a thing, other than the initial screen saying that I would hear something within 72 hours.
Should I re-submit, or are they really running this far behind? |

You could send an email asking if they receiverd your other email and/or perhaps replied. I would try a different email address, since there have been times where they didn't receive something or they sent a reply that was never received. Check your spam folders too.

I opened a ticket yesterday and got a reply today, so I'd definitely check your spam folder/filters.

I agree, I opened up a ticket about a month ago, and support got back to me in about a day. Subsiqent replys were handled very quickly too, with a response the next day on each.

BTW: I heard yesterday that a reply had already been sent & it was being sent again.
